Meet Our Pastors: Wesley & Jessica Jay

Wesley and Jessica founded Awaken Worship (Now Awaken Fire Ministries) in 2012, out of pure desire to see people free in Christ. They have been in ministry for 20years + and have seen people come into church hurting and broken and leaving church the same. They were ready to see change and freedom. Their hearts grew for more intimate settings and began doing more ministry in homes and smaller groups. In 2019 they began attending Christ Fellowship Church, the home of the North Georgia Revival. It was there that God started showing them the way that He was desiring to encounter His people through water baptisms. They created their own mobile baptism ministry and they travel to many different cities and states to bring people an encounter with the Father. They are Revivalists, Prophetic Worshippers, and Baptizers. They are not a ministry only for the masses, but for anyone that desires to have an encounter with God. In 2025, they accepted the call to lead The Way Church and they are excited to see the glory of God revealed in the earth.
